Bluewater Key Tiki Hut

Description_ The goal was to transform the hut into a pleasant, functional space with two zones: a cozy living/TV area and a kitchen with bar and dining table, while keeping a fresh, coastal identity.

Scope & approach_ Two design schemes to turn the Tiki Hut into a living/TV zone plus kitchen with bar & dining, keeping a coastal Florida Keys identity.

Role_ Concept & space planning, moodboards (colors, materials, furniture, lighting), photoreal 3D (ArchViz).

Deliverables_ Architectural + shop drawings, FF&E/vendor notes, and a buildable package.
